Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your Ronnie M purchase, simply return it within 14 days and you will be refunded your original form of payment. All items should be unworn, unused, and in the same shipment condition as when they were received. Exchanges must be made within 14 days as well and all product shall be unworn, unused and intact in original condition. 

All clients are responsible for filing a claim online with the following form and state reason for the return provided in the form below. All clients are responsible for the return shipping cost and Ronnie M is not liable for any lost, stolen or missing packages. In order to prevent this misfortune, please provide a tracking number on all return shipments to guarantee receipt and proper handling of all items returned and or exchanged. As soon as a claim form is received, you will be contacted within 48 hours on your return status. 

You will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days to process all refunds in the system and allow your bank account to process your refund as well on their end. Cash will not be returned or refunded as a form of return payment. 

Damages and Repairs:

For all repairs due to wear and tear of the product, you will need to provide pictures of the product as well as be subject to a repair fee starting at $55 per hour based on the time needed for repair. This is a standard repair fee and applies to all product in the shop. Please fill out the following form and indicate the reason for your repair. Please allow 2-3 weeks for repair as well as shipment cost which will be assessed at the time of completion. Clients are all held liable for a restocking fee of 20% for all unclaimed repaired product and are subject to this if repaired items are not claimed within 10 days of completion. 

If you receive a package that is damaged and the product is damaged as well, please contact Ronnie M using the following form and you will be asked to provide a detailed description as well as pictures to accompany the claim. 

Special & Custom Orders:

All custom orders which are but not limited to custom sizing, custom design, custom order, custom design, and creation are considered to be FINAL SALE. There is a 50% deposit on all custom orders and will be considered final once the client receives the final design and layout for approval. Once the design is approved by the client, the client is required to pay the remaining balance to complete the project. All sizing up and or down are considered a final sale. 

Promotional Items:

All promotional items which include but are not limited to, free gift with purchase, promotional bounce back coupons, and discounts cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for other product in the shop. All free gift with purchase items are final sale and are not eligible to be combined with other offers and discounts. Free items and discounts are only eligible online and will not be honored at pop-up's and other affiliated events.
